Trumble Park PTO Volunteer Opportunities & Sign Ups
The Trumble Park Part Teacher Organization has volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Below is a list of our active volunteer opportunities, a description of each, and Sign-up Links to Volunteer.
Helping Hands (Tuesday & Thursday's All School Year) - 8:30 - 10:30 AM
The PTO Helping Hands Group is one of the best ways to help support the Staff at Trumble Park. This group meets in the Cafeteria every Tuesday and Thursday morning to assist with preparing classroom material and project for our Teachers & Staff. This group is lead by a PTO Board Member or other active PTO Member who will collect and organize the project to be completed. We will assist teacher with various activities including:
- Binding or Stapling booklets & learning material
- Organizing and sorting project material
- Preparing PTO event information for sending home
- Other various project the teachers request

This is a great way to get involved and you can sign up to Volunteer specific days. You can volunteer as many or as few days as you can.
Popcorn Friday (Various Friday during the year)
One Friday a month the PTO treats the school to Fresh Popped POPCORN!! We need volunteer to help back, sort and deliver Popcorn to each classroom. Starting at 8:00 we meet in the Cafeteria to bag Popcorn for our students. We usually finish by 9:30 AM. Sign up Below for this fun day and help make our students day!

Other PTO Volunteer Opportunities
During the year other volunteer opportunities will come up and be posted here as well as in the Newsletter and on the Trumble Park Facebook Page. Some of the big area's where we need volunteers are:
- Trunk or Treat - Volunteers needed to decorate their cars and pass out candy
- Parent Teacher Conference - Prepare or Serve meals to the teachers during parent teacher conferences
- Picture Day - PTO Volunteers help organize and keep students organized in line for their pictures
- Holiday Cookie Exchange - Prepare or donate holiday treats for our staff to take home and share with their families
- Fundraising committee - Help plan, organize and run our annual fundraiser in the Spring. This is the lone big event that funds the PTO for the entire year and allows us to provide the support we do for our School.
- Staff Appreciation Week - Help by soliciting donations from local business, or by donating to one of our Theme Days during the week
Other volunteer opportunities will come up throughout the year so check back and sign up to support and help the Trumble Park Parent Teacher Organization.
